Good work, close to home, all year long.
We remodel kitchens, baths and additions across Louisville and the east end. We are hiring carpenters, technicians and apprentices who take the finish seriously.
Why people stay
Remodeling is a hard trade to build a life in when the work dries up every winter and nobody remembers your name. That is the part we try to get right.
Year-round work
Interior remodels keep the calendar full through a Kentucky winter. You are not laid off in January.
Jobs you can point at
Kitchens, baths and additions in Anchorage, Prospect, Middletown and Lake Forest. Work that gets photographed.
Small crew, real say
You will know everyone by name. If something on the job is wrong, you tell us and we fix it.
Room to move up
Helper to carpenter to lead is a path we actually run people through, not a line in a job ad.
Open roles
Pick the one that fits. If none of them quite do, apply anyway and say what you are good at — we hire for the person more often than the posting.
Remodeling Project Manager
You own the schedule, the subs and the client relationship across several remodels at once.
- 3+ years managing residential remodels or additions
- Track record hitting schedules and holding subs to them
- Confident walking a homeowner through change orders
- Able to take ownership and run a project from foundation to punch out on your own
- Comfortable in project software — we run JobTread
Carpenter / Field Tech
Two to five stops a day across Louisville and the east end — repairs, punch lists and small installs.
- Broad repair skills: drywall, doors, trim, minor plumbing and electrical
- Clean driving record; you will be in a company-marked vehicle
- Good with people — you are in someone's house all day
- Can price small add-on work on the spot
Carpenter's Apprentice
No experience required. Show up on time, work hard, and we will teach you the trade.
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
- Willing to learn tools and safety from the ground up
- A real path to carpenter and field tech — that is how most of this trade works
